We are thrilled to welcome you to talkrugs. We're a brand new online rug shop and a place where you can buy the best quality, beautifully designed rugs for your home. 

Why create talkrugs? 

The team behind talkrugs has been in the flooring and carpet industry for decades. There's not much we don't know about all types of carpet and flooring, even stair runners and rugs. And we are able to source the best products from the leading manufacturers.

We are passionate about the benefits rugs bring to a space, from both an aesthetic and practical perspective. They bring colour, texture and help define a space. And they help protect floors, preventing marks from heavy pieces of furniture for example. 

What makes talkrugs special?

There are many online rug retailers to be found and they no doubt sell many of the same rugs as us. But, they probably don't have as many years of experience dealing with customers, ensuring a first-class service as we do. They also don't offer the same in-store collection and design service which we provide. 
We're not just a web page and an online presence - you can find us on the high street in real life, in one of two locations. Being owned by Flooring 4 You Ltd, rugs from talkrugs can be collected from our flooring showrooms in both Knutsford, Cheshire and Bowdon, Greater Manchester. You can even find the full collection of Louis de Poortere rugs on display in our Knutsford showroom. 

We can help you create your own rug

Another thing that makes us different from other online rug sellers is that we can help you design your very own customised, bespoke rug. From the material in the centre, to the rug's border or edging, you can browse all the elements to make a rug at our Knutsford rug showroom. 

We work with the leading names in carpets to make bespoke rugs for our customers including Jacaranda Carpets, Alternative Flooring, Crucial Trading, fibre, Elements London, and more.
You don't need to order carpet from us to make your own rug - just contact us or visit us to get started. 

What you can expect from talkrugs

talkrugs launched in the summer of 2023 and the website is growing all the time with new rug styles and rug offers. As well as being a friendly, face-to-face kind of business who you can rely on, we want to share our passion for all things rugs.
