DELIVERY

We offer a FREE UK Mainland Standard Delivery (excludes Highlands) service when you spend over £49.

This service ships between Monday – Friday and is available to all UK Mainland addresses, excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands.

A standard UK delivery charge of £25 applies to any orders under £49. 

We only ship our rugs within the UK – we do not provide International Delivery. 

It does take a little time to get a rug ready to ship, so please be aware of the preparation Lead Times as detailed below.

COLLECTION

You can arrange to collect your rug orders from either of our two partner flooring showrooms, located in Cheshire and South Manchester. 

Select Collection at the checkout and choose which showroom you would like to collect your rug order from. 

Once again, it will take some time to get your rug ready for collection so please take note of our rug lead times below. 

We will contact you to let you know when your rug is at the designated showroom, ready for collection.

LEAD TIMES

The majority of our rugs have an estimated lead time of between 3 – 7 working days. 

Some rugs, such as circular or very large area rugs, have slightly longer lead times.  

In the case of custom or made-to-measure rugs, you should expect the lead time to be significantly longer. These are also estimated timescales, they are not contractual. We will keep you up to date on your special order and let you know when your rug is ready to ship.

If there are stock issues when you place an order, we will require longer time to deliver your rug. We will contact you immediately if we learn of any problems affecting your order.

 

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your rug purchase.
 
If you receive your rug and decide it is not right for you, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange.    

Please email us with your Order Number and the item you wish to return, with the reason for your return. 
We can only accept returns which are securely packaged, ideally in the original packaging, and are in the condition they were when despatched. 

-    We do not refund original shipping charges. 
-    You are responsible for return shipping charges. 
-    We recommend you use a tracked, insured service when returning your rug. 

Once we receive your returned rug, it will be inspected. We will confirm by email that your returned rug has been received. We will also advise whether your return has been accepted or not. 

If approved, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to be applied to the original method of payment.

Faulty Item Returns

In the case of faulty items, please email us with your Order number, the name of the faulty rug, and good quality photos to show the faults. 

We will reply with details on how to return your faulty rug for a refund or exchange.


PLEASE NOTE

Handmade rugs, especially those made from natural fibres may have slight variations in size compared to those listed on the website. This is due to shrinkage which can occur when the rugs are moved to a new environment. The sizes may vary by up to +/-5% tolerance. 

We also make every effort to ensure that the colour of the rugs sold is accurate in our product photography. Colours can vary based on screen settings. In the case of a rug not looking the same colour as did it when purchased on the website, please contact us by email to discuss.
